Medical issues? I could write a book

My grandmother is out of the hospital, resting up and doing much better, and she appreciates everyone's thoughts and prayers.

 

Now my mother has pneumonia, my wife has the symptoms of bronchitis, my son-in-law was in the ER last night for treatment of an infected cat bite, and my wife's aunt has also been hospitalized with medical issues ... and I've been having trouble with abdominal (lower left, for you armchair physicians) and back pain.

 

I guess we concentrated those thoughts and prayers in too narrow of a beam!

Damn. That is one hefty load of health-stuff all at once. I hope it clears up soon!

Wow! That's a load of medical issues. Get your abdominal pain checked. Abdominal pain is tricky. Could be something really bad like blockage, or something not so bad like ischemic colitis, or not much at all.

The x-rays came up clean; now I'm on a liquid diet pending blood tests. I think they're cleaning toward an ulcer, which would make sense considering the way the year's gone.
