Wisconsin governor wants a new social contract

I haven't taken sides in the Wisconsin debate -- I figure this is an issue for state legislatures to decide, followed by the voters deciding on their decision, and I don't live in that state. Still, I found this article interesting, and presenting an underreported point of view.
