The Grinch is at work in Noble County again this year -- and he's doing his best to steal Christmas from at least one rural family.
Someone whose heart is two sizes too small stole Christmas decorations from the yard of a residence in the 200 N block of CR 500E. The residents, whose names are surprisingly not Who, reported at 9:40 a.m. Sunday that items including a white lit deer, candy canes, and Christmas trees were taken from the front yard.
No one reported seeing any suspects in the theft, which remains under investigation. It's believed the thieves' heads aren't screwed on quite right.
