Thanks, and yes indeed. There are a lot of calls I'd never want to hear replayed -- it's bad enough listening to people have the worst moment of their lives the first time. My ex-girlfriend worked for FDNY, and took 911 calls from people trapped in the World Trade Center ... she was the last person to ever speak to some of them.
