Well, see, the problem is that your TwisterPalooza inspired it, but it's not really based on weather. It's more just an association drawn between the Time Vortex and a vortex of, well, wind, I guess. Still, I wanted to let you know that you inspired me (and Emily, too; I can't remember whose idea it was and/or if it was a joint mindspasm) to write something that...er...doesn't really fit what you had in mind. I thank you for the inspiration!
