Oooh, I feel for ya. I know exactly what you're talking about and, combined with the never ending intestinal cramps from Hell that have always accompanied my excursions into the land of doctors and antibiotics, it's made me (a) be much more aware of what's going on with my sinuses, (b) become fanatical about blowing my nose and never "snorking" stuff back up it, and (c) have a constant supply of colloidal silver nasal spray ready to use for a week to ten days when it gets to infection stage. That reduces the headache loads and leaves me with just the meningitis to worry about.
